Note:
(1) Clean more often under dusty conditions or when airborne debris is present.
(2) Change engine oil every 25 hours when used under heavy load or in high ambinent temperatures.
CHANGE ENGINE OIL
1. Drain the used oil while the engine is warm.
2. Remove the iller cap/dipstick, the drain bolt and sealing washer. Drain oil.
3. Reinstall the drain bolt and sealing washer, and tighten it securely.
4. With the engine in a level position, ill to the upper limit mark on the dipstick with the recommended oil. Check the oil level.
5. Reinstall the oil iller cap/dipstick securely.
MAINTENANCE OF AIR FILTER
A dirty air ilter will restrict air low to the carburetor, reducing engine performance. If you operate the engine in very dusty areas, clean
the air ilter more often than speciied in the maintenance schedule.
Caution
: Never use gasoline or other dissolvents to clean air ilter. Ignition could result. Operating the engine without an air ilter, or with
a damaged air ilter, will allow dirt to enter the engine, causing rapid engine wear.
