Removing the PCI Riser Card Assembly
•
Gently lift the front of the PCI retention plate (“D”) and slide it backwards to
remove it.
•
Remove the locking pin from the PCI fan assembly (“A”) taking note of its
orientation in the slot.
•
Slide the fan assembly slightly left and forward to clear it from the riser card
assembly taking care not to damage the flexi-rigid cable.
•
Lift the two blue handles of the PCI riser card assembly (“B”) to release the
assembly and lift it upwards and out of the chassis.
