FEEDING SYSTEM
TROUBLESHOOTING
The system does not start
Power cut No power to control unit.
Check the earth leak circuit breaker and fuses. If OK, send for an
electrician. Press reclosing once the power is back.
Power has been disconnected Reclosing button on. Press reclosing button.
Drive unit cover demounted. Mount cover and press reclosing button.
Wire or chain break
Repair wire or chain. Release the wire break switch by turning it
clockwise, then press the reclosing button.
Fragment in drive unit broken
Possible defects:
Impurity inside the system.

Wrong adjustment of loading hopper (congestion.)

Wrong adjustment of sensor switch or error in sensor switch.
The system stops after a short while
Incorrect adjustment of sensor switch See guidelines for sensor/control.
System overload The thermal sensor switches off. Check whether the motor on the drive
unit or loading hopper is hot. (Reclosing button on.)
The system stops before all feed dispensers or feed dispensers are full
Maximum continuous operation set too low in
control.
Too low adjustment of sensor switch.
No feed in the system
No feed in silo.

Impurity in the loading hopper. Check whether the axle is turning
Check whether the remover arm has been damaged
