8.2 SERVICING / MAINTANCE
• If a problem persits, and it is necessary to send the insufflator back to us, please ensure it is returned in its
original packaging to us. Please also include a detailed explanation about the malfunction.
• Upon receipt of your equipment, please inspect its condition. If there are any reservations or concerns about
the condition on delivery, we recommend you address these concerns immediately. A window of 48 hours is
allowed for these concerns to be raised. If the delivered equipment suffers any damages while in transit,
please notify us and the courier immediately. In case charges need to be implemented, we would require all
relevant information to establish liability, before we can proceed.
• Immediately check functionality of the delivered equipment.
• All repairs on the equipment will be performed by us and we reserve the right to withhold any technical
data.
