WARNING:
NOTE:
ALWAYS
connect the electrode device to
the electrode pads before you place the pads on
the skin.
NOTE:
DO NOT
place the pads on top of each
other or so close to each other that they touch
each other. Pads
MUST
be placed at least 2" apart
but no more than 6" apart.
NOTE:
It is possible that you may need assistance
for placing the electrodes in certain areas.
Replace the electrode pads if:
n
they are damaged or torn.
n
they are past the expiration date indicated on
the re-sealable bag.
n
they have lost their adhesive power. Never use
plaster or tape to attach them to your skin.
n
stimulation feels less strong.
n
when stimulation is uncomfortable, i.e. when
you experience an unpleasant stinging or biting
sensation.
NOTE:
ALWAYS
replace the electrodes with ones
recommended for this device by the manufacturer.
WARNING:
Make sure the device is
turned off before applying or removing
electrodes.

TENS programs:
NECK / CERVICAL PAIN
Attach both pads on the
neck. (
DO NOT
place on the
carotid artery or throat or
the front of the neck.)
SHOULDER PAIN
Attach one pad in front
and one in back of the
muscle.
CARPAL TUNNEL /
HAND PAIN
Attach both pads on the
hand where you feel pain.
DO NOT
place electrode pads simultaneously on
both legs, arms, knees, elbows, feet or hands.
LOWER BACK
Attach both pads on the
lower back with the
backbone in the center.
DO NOT place on the
backbone or spine.
ELBOW PAIN
Attach both pads on either
side of the joint with the pain.
UPPER ARM PAIN
Attach both pads on either
side of the region where
you feel pain.
