Compare the code number printed on the chip with the code number

printed on the label of the container the test strips came in. The
three-digit code (e.g.

963

) on the code chip must match the three-

digit number on the label.

When coding, leave the meter turned off.

Gently slide the code chip into the slot on the side of the meter until

you feel it engage.
