The required activation force equals approx. 8 kg (17.64 lb; 80 N).
The airbags will inflate within 2-3 seconds.
Attention!
Background noise
after inflation is caused by
the release valve, which
automatically equalizes the
pressure. The inflation of the
airbags varies according to
the outside temperature and
elevation.
Step 10
Deflate airbags
First open the net cover over the suction and release valve.
Now fold up the red cover and
press the release valve in the
center of the black suction
and release valve. At the same
time, compress the airbag
until it is completely empty.
Now close the net cover again.
Step 11
Folding airbags
Attention! Improper folding
will result in poor opening of
the airbags. This can lead to
malfunction and damage to
the backpack!
Therefore please fold the air-
bags according to the following
instructions.
1. Lie the airbags down with
the suction and release valve
facing the ground. The smooth
side of the airbag should be
facing up.
2. Fold the upper part of the
airbag to the level of the airbag
compartment.
3. Now fold the bottom part of
the airbag. The airbag width
must correspond to the width
of the airbag compartment.
