Catheter placement signal lumen by squeezing the white flush valve
for 10 seconds (see Figure 5.10) until the Automated Impella
®
Controller beeps. The
progress bar shows the progress of the priming.

When the system detects that the flush solution has reached the target pressure within
the required amount of time, the system will advance to the next screen automatically.
