Shorten guide spiral liner
by the length x and debur the cutting point.

Grind the spiral guide liner beginning to an angle of approx. 40°.

Insert guide spiral liner
and secure it with the liner nut
.
In stretched condition of the hose assembly, a counter pressure must be noticeable.
9.3 PA liner

Sharpen the beginning of the PA liner
to approx. 40° with the
ABICOR BINZEL
sharpener.

Slide PA liner
is felt in
the connector nipple.

Slide holder nipple, O-ring and liner nut
on the PA liner
and tighten the liner nut
under tension.

Slide PA liner
through the central socket into the wire feed unit
.

that is too long in front of the rollers and unscrew liner nut

Cut the PA liner
at the mark with the
ABICOR BINZEL
cutter

Sharpen the cutting point.
9.4 Cleaning the torch neck
In order to increase the system availability of the welding robot,
ABICOR BINZEL
offers the
option of automated torch cleaning.

Remove gas nozzle.

Remove welding spatter and spray gas nozzle with the
ABICOR BINZEL
anti-spatter
agent.

Check wearing parts for visible damage and replace them, if required.
4
Replace equipment kit when worn or soiled.
5
Clean separating point and O-rings with silicone-free sealing grease.
6
Check TCP after each use or after a collision in the WH setup device.
