9 Troubleshooting
8.1 Cable assembly

Check that all threaded fittings are tight and inspect wear parts for visible
damage. Replace if necessary.
8.2 Cutting torch

Check that all threaded fittings are tight and inspect wear parts for visible
damage. Replace if necessary.

The electrode must be replaced if the weld penetration is deeper
than 1.5 mm.

Clean the cutting torch body regularly to remove cutting spatter.

Ensure that the spring-loaded function of the retaining clamp works properly
and that the clamp is fitted securely. If required, clean the contact surfaces
of the retaining clamp and the torch contact pins to ensure reliable contact.
Replace if necessary.

personnel (in Germany, see TRBS 1203).
• Always wear your personal protective equipment when performing
maintenance and cleaning work.
• Remove any adhering weld spatter.
• Ensure that all threaded fittings are tight.

injuries and damage to the device. The product warranty will be rendered
invalid if work is carried out on it by unauthorised persons.
• Operating, maintenance, cleaning and repair work must only be carried
