6.6 Adjusting the quantity of release agent.

For adjusting the spray quantity, the system must be provided with compressed air. In order to assess the 
function and the spray quantity, the solenoid valve Y4 must be switched.

Connect the connecting hose to the release agent bottle.

Adjust the quantity of release agent by means of the adjusting screw of the throttle

We recommend you to screw in the adjusting screw of the throttle

, rotating it three to six times.

WARNING

Danger of crushing

Limbs can be drawn in and crushed by turning parts (milling cutter, clamping unit, wire cutting device 
(DAV)).

• Do not reach into turning parts.

WARNING

Damage to the eyes

Sprayed release agent may damage the eyes.
• Wear safety goggles.
• Adjust release agent by switching the solenoid valve Y4 only.

NOTE

• In order to guarantee that the release agent is drawn in properly, the solenoid valve Y4 should be 

switched for approx. 7 seconds before spraying with a new or recently filled bottle.
