4.1 Transport
The components are carefully checked and packaged, however damage may occur during shipping.
4.2 Storage

5 Functional Description
For cleaning, the torch is clamped with the cylindrical part of the gas nozzle in the clamping device. The
milling cutter which is configured to the gas nozzle and torch geometry moves into the gas nozzle interior
by means of compressed air and removes adhering welding spatter there. The cleaning process is optimized
in connection with the air-blast function (option) through the cable assembly. Afterwards, the cleaned gas
nozzle interior is sprayed through the milling cutter as a preventive measure with a dosed quantity of anti-
spatter fluid to protect against adhesion of spatter. In the wire cutting device (DAV), the welding wire is cut
to TCP length. In the housing, a clamp for strain relief of the connection between control system and cleaning
unit is integrated.
Checking procedure on
receipt of goods
Make sure that the shipment is complete by referring to the delivery note!
In case of damage
Check the package and components for damage (visual inspection)!
In case of complaints
If the goods have been damaged during transport, contact the last carrier immediately. Keep the
packaging (for possible checks by the carrier).
Packaging for returning the
goods
Use the original packaging and the original packaging material. If you have questions concerning
the packaging and safety during shipment, please consult your supplier.
