Designated use
► The device described in these instructions may be used only for the
purpose and in the manner described in these instructions. In doing so,
observe the operating, maintenance and servicing conditions.
► Any other use is considered improper.
► Unauthorised modifications or changes to enhance the performance are

► Electromagnetic fields can impact cardiac pacemakers. People with
pacemakers may be work with this device and may not stand in the
immediate vicinity of the device.
► Carbon-fibre brush or electrodes and workpiece can become very hot.
This poses a risk of burns. Wear protective gloves.
► Any metal vapours, especially lead, cadmium, copper and beryllium are
harmful! Ensure sufficient ventilation or extraction. Do not exceed the
current threshold limit values (AGW).
► Do not place the cleaning tool on the workpiece. Otherwise, electric
current may flow.

► Observe the safety data sheet for the electrolyte.
► Electrolyte splashes can cause burns to the eyes and skin. Always wear
the prescribed, acid-resistant protective clothing in accordance with the
relevant, local regulations.
► If electrolyte gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water
and consult an ophthalmologist right away.
