Inspecting oil level

Use this procedure to inspect the oil level in the axis 5-6 gearbox.

Note

If the surroundings prohibits an inspection of the manipulator in a suspended
position, then the manipulator must be taken down and secured standing on the
floor.

DANGER

Turn off all:

•

electric power supply

•

hydraulic pressure supply

•

air pressure supply

to the robot, before entering the robot
working area.

CAUTION

The gearbox can contain an

excess of

pressure

that can be hazardous. Open the

oil plug carefully in order to let out the ex-
cess pressure.
