• Green for normal operation
• Flashing green for alarms

Soft key 1
Local reference up
Loc/Rem – Changes between local and
remote control of the drive.
Stop – Stops the drive in local control
from DCS Control Panel and when
the Start-up Assistant is used.
Soft key 2
Local reference down
Help – Displays context sensitive
information when the button is pressed.
Start – Starts the drive in local control
from DCS Control Panel and when the
Start-up assistant is used.

DCS880 commissioning is supported by assistants available in the control panel.
The digital inputs can be tested by 10.04 DI force data.
The analog inputs can be tested by 12.11 AI1 actual value and AI1 scaled value 12.12 (AI2 = 12.21 and 12.22).
Start commisioning always with date and time setting, follow the assistants and close with parameter
backup in the control panel.
