Connection to a custom cooling unit

General requirements

Equip the system with an expansion vessel to damp pressure rise due to volume
changes when the temperature varies. Equip the system with a pump that provides
a nominal flow and pressure. Keep the pressure within the limits specified in

Technical

data (page 114)

. Install a pressure regulator to make sure that the maximum permissible

operating pressure is not exceeded.

Install a bleed valve at the highest point of the cooling circuit, and a drain valve at the
lowest point.

The materials that can be used are listed in

Cooling circuit materials (page 116)

Coolant temperature control

The temperature of the coolant in the internal cooling circuit must be kept within the
limits specified in

Technical data (page 114)

. Note that the minimum temperature is

dependent on ambient temperature and relative humidity.
