Taking the Analyzer System Out of Service 

  

Step Action 

Stop the sample gas flow by switching the Flow Control to “Zero gas 
probe” (see page 14). 
VOC analyzer (option): Shut off the combustion gas supply. 

 

Purge the analyzer system with air from the air purifier for at 
least 15  minutes. 

Temporarily Taking the 
Analyzer System  
Out of Service 

Leave the FTIR spectrometer, FTIR controller and air purifier power 
supplies on. Turn off the power supply to all other components.
