void ar_version (CEI_CHAR * verstr);

This utility returns the API software and board firmware versions as an
ASCII string.

If verstr is a non-NULL pointer, the API copies the API software and
board firmware version string to the caller’s buffer, which should be at
least 120 characters long.

None.
