Line Keys and Programmable Keys

None Key

You can set a key to force a blank entry on the IP phone display for a specific key. You do this by 

setting the key to "

none

". If a particular key is not defined, it is ignored. 

Setting a None Key

Use the following procedure to configure a None key on the 6730i IP Phone.

1.

Click on 

Operation->Programmable Keys

.

2.

Select from 

"Key 1"

 through "

Key 8

". (Keys 5 and 6 can be made configurable only by your 

system administrator.)

In the "

" field, select

 None

.

Save Settings
