6. AFTER SALES SERVICE GUIDE
After AAVI Technologies Ltd. entering to the Chinese market, the after sales service network was rapidly
established. Currently a network of quick respond to any questions relating to after sales service and
maintenance has been constituted in China. Should you have any after sales service questions, please do
not hesitate to contact us by dialing 400-880-0265 (China) or contact our local agency. After providing the
information of the equipment model and the number of the product identification, we will do our best to
provide the users with convenient and excellent service.
After purchasing the air purification unit, we will provide the following services:

Prior to the shipment, we will provide you the “Installation debugging requirements manual” and installation
requirement receipt. We will also bring forward the specific requirements to the application field
environment, water utilization, electricity utilization and air duct etc.

After the air purification unit arrives at the customer’s installation location, the customer should send us the
installation requirement receipt as soon as possible. In order to help the user to master the principle of the
equipment structure, the control principle of the electrical control box, purification utilization, maintenance,
care instructions and daily dos and don’ts, we will arrange an engineer to install, debug and conduct on-site
training within seven days after we receive the installation requirement receipt.

The warranty period of the equipment is 2 years, which starts after installation and acceptance, but no
more than 30 months of the date of shipment. At the arrival of the device, or during the process of device’s
installation and debugging, or if the key components appear to have quality problems, AAVI is responsible for
repair or replacement. During the warranty period, AAVI is responsible for free repair of normal damage
except articles of consumption.
In the following situations during the warranty period, AAVI is responsible for repair but the customer will
borne the expenses and losses.
1. Damage caused by animals, man-made or unavoidable natural phenomena.
2. Malfunction or damage caused due to improper operation, lack of reasonable maintenance or use of non-
specified or wrong voltage.
3. Damage due to improper disassembly of the product or caused by a repair conducted by other than
authorized AAVI service.
After the warranty period, AAVI will continue to provide the customer with quality technical services and
to provide spare parts with quality standards, competitive price and to ensure the equipment’s long-term,
reliable and stable operation.
4. AAVI Technologies Ltd. has currently constituted a quick respond repair network. To any questions relating
to after sales service, AAVI’s after sales service team will provide 24-hour maintenance service, and propose
a solution for the customer as soon as possible.
5. Regular free inspection for defined period: AAVI will arrange personnel to conduct a return visit to
the utilization location of the purchased equipment and arrange free inspection. Professional product
maintenance and care is offered by authorized AAVI service.
6. Customer training: AAVI will regularly organize communication and training for customers in product
technology, the questions arising during the product’s utilization, problem solutions and common faults.
