Owner Registration
You should immediately fill out and send in your owner registration
card or register online at www.wearea2b.com so that we can keep
you informed of important issues in the future. Thank you.
Your A2B and certain important components have unique serial
numbers. You should note down these number in case you want to
report warranty claims later or if you lose your bicycle or it is stolen.
You will find the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) on the side of
the steering head:

To adequately protect your A2B against theft, buy a high quality bicycle lock. Lock your A2B to a firmly anchored object each time
you park it somewhere unsupervised. Also lock your front and rear wheel as well as the motor to the frame. Use your E-Key as an
electronic immobiliser.
