5.8 Assembly of the modules

Only begin the assembly of the modules once the rest of the silo is assembled.

5.8.1 Assembly modul with suction probe

For this purpose you need:

•

Module

•

Suction probe

•

Ground plate

•

Draft element

•

4 x M8x16 bolts + 8 x w 4 x M8 stop nuts for bolting the draft element

•

4 x M8x10 bolts + 4 x spring washers for bolting the ground plate

•

Depending on the suction probe:

1 - 4 x M8x10 bolts + M8 spring washer (in case of Hapero: 2 x M8x16 bolts +
2 x spring washers, in case of Hargassner: 2 x M6x10 + M6 spring washers)

Bolt the ground plate to the module. Take care that the holes in the ground plate are exactly
as displayed in the picture.

For this use four M8x10 bolts and four spring washers.

This step is the same for every module
with every suction probe!
