Terminate a Port Connection

1. After maintenance has been performed on the

customer’s Server, select the active port number from
the list box by clicking on it.

2. Click the

Stop

button to terminate the port connection.

This action removes the port number from the list box.

Terminate All Port Connections

If more than one port is currently active on the customer’s
Server and you need to terminate all port connections, click
the

Stop All

button. This action removes all port numbers

from the list box.
