Shelves removal at maintenance:

1.

Switch off device

2.

Remove trays (use rod for tray removal)

3.

Close all 4 ball valves at shelves connections

4.

Disconnect flexible tubes (tri-clamp TC 50.5 connections)

5.

Connect trolley to chamber (use two trolley safety bolts)

6.

Deblock shelves

7.

Carefully move shelves on trolley

8.

Secure shelves with two shelve safety bolts

9.

Disconnect trolley (remove two trolley safety bolts)

10.

Carefully move trolley with shelves from chamber

Tray

Rod for tray removal
