Creating Cases and Sessions 

 

 

 

When VRM opens you will be prompted log on to the system.  You can log in as a normal user that 

will give you all functionality, except for administrative privileges.  If you log on as a user with 
administrative privileges, you will get full control of all features, including adding new users, 

monitoring system usage, and the system settings section.
