3. Next adjust the front-to-back, or fore/aft position of the helmet should be adjusted so that the helmet is a
comfortable distance from your face, but is not touching your nose or face. The front-to-back adjustment
can be achieved by sliding the helmet back and forth as shown in Figs. 3a & 3b. It is a good idea to make
sure that the settings on both sides of the slide adjustment are at the same position to help with balance and
overall comfort.

4. With the helmet on the head, adjust the vertical viewing angle as shown in Figs. 4a & 4b to optimize the
viewing area and position of the helmet relative to the location of workplace application.
