10.0 Jumper Wire Installation and Routing
10.1
Make sure wires have clean cut ends and bend the last 3/4" of wire
90. The screw driver slot must be in the vertical/insertion position.
10.2
Split pair, TIP - left, RING - right, at assigned post positions. Insert
the wire into the port and through the post until the wire extends out
the exit port.
10.3
Rotate post 90° clockwise with a screwdriver blade fully inserted
into post slot. The cut off of excess wire indicates a proper
connection.
10.4
To remove jumper wire, rotate post 90° counterclockwise.
10.5
Always route jumper wires below the connected post.
Note: Do not route jumpers across jumper troughs or to the tops of the
frames.
