DESCRIPTION:
Figure 2 identifies key components of the 3M™ DBI-SALA
®
Nano-Lok Self-Retracting Devices (SRDs). Nano-Lok SRDs are
drum wound Web Lifelines (A) with an in-line Energy Absorber (B) that retracts into a Nylon Housing (C). A Swivel Eye (D)
on the top of the Housing allows attachment to a valid anchorage with a Carabiner (E) or Integral Captive-Eye Connector (F)
and Snap Hook or Rebar Hook (G). One or two SRDs can mount on a Full Body Harness with a SRD Harness Interface (H).
Figure 1 identifies available Nano-Lok models and their connector configurations. See Table 1 for Nano-Lok SRD and connector
specifications.
