Help Tab

The Check for Updates command is found under the Help Tab . This command checks for updates for both Geomagic Print and current 

printer’s firmware.

NOTE: This command must be run using an Adminstrator account .

How to Use

Checking for Updates

1 .  On the Help tab, in the Help Group, click Check for Updates .
2 .  A dialog will appear showing available updates .
3 .  Choose available updates to install and click Update .

NOTE: It is recommended to keep printer firmware updated to avoid 

compatibility issues .

Create Service Log

1 .  On the Help tab, in the Help Group, click Create Service Log .
2 .  Use this function when submitting a service request to your reseller . It will 

capture key information needed to troubleshoot problems .
