Updating the Auxiliary Files

The auxiliary files are configuration

dat

files that are loaded to the gateway (in addition to the

ini

file) to enable enhanced gateway provisioning. The following auxiliary files are available:

coefficient, Voice Prompts, Call Progress Tones (CPT) and Prerecorded Tones (PRT). The
Voice Prompts file is currently applicable only to MGCP. Table 13 presents a brief
description of the

ini

file and of each auxiliary file.
