detected.
Check that the cable
for the telephone is
fully plugged into
the correct Phone
connector on the
Base unit.

Power not
available.
Check that the
power cable is fully
plugged into an
active power outlet,
and also into the
power inlet on the
rear panel of the
unit.
EXPANSION
STATUS
LED not lit (green).
Base unit not
detected or there
is no
synchronization
with the
OfficeConnect
Gateway base
unit.
Check that the
Expansion cable is
fully plugged into
both the Expansion
unit and the base
unit.
If cable is properly
connected, contact
your Service Provider
or network supplier.
