System Board Ports
Standard computer I/O ports on the server include video monitor, keyboard, mouse, and
Gigabit and 10GB Ethernet.
Keyboard and Mouse
Keyboard and mouse PS-2 ports are provided on the rear panel as well as USB connectivity.
DVI Port
A DVI or VGA compliant computer monitor may be connected to the DVI video port on the
server. If a VGA monitor is to be used, the DVI to VGA adapter (included) must be used to make
the connection. 360 Systems does not provide a monitor with the server.
USB Ports
USB ports may be used to connect keyboard, mouse, CXP-5 module and for use when
conducting software upgrades. USB ports should not be used for connecting devices beyond
this as other devices may cause harm or instability to the system.
Unused Ports
An RS-232 serial port and VGA port are present on the server. These are not active and no
connection should be made to them.
