VORWORT
What’s our goal?
Our main goal is customer satisfaction. Satisfied not only with
the products, but also the other services of 2VV s.r.o. We
want to provide a service with that our clients can rely on.
We make sure the clients get not only high quality with long
durability but we also provide them with quick supply and a
fast response time to any requirements with due care.
An important aim that our company has adopted as its own
is environmental protection. Therefore, we constantly strive
to reduce the energy demands of our products, which con-
tributes to sustainable development. We also pay a lot of
attention to the usefulness of our products, that is why we
constantly try to decrease the noise level.
Was ist unser Ziel?
Unser primäres Ziel ist der zufriedene Kunde. Zufrieden nicht
nur mit den Produkten, sondern auch mit weiteren Dienstleis-
tungen der Gesellschaft 2VV s.r.o.. Unser Bestreben ist es,
dass sich unsere Kunden immer auf uns verlassen können.
Damit sie sicher sein können, dass sie nicht nur Produkte in
hoher Qualität und mit langer Lebensdauer geliefert bekom-
men, sondern auch, dass die Lieferzeiten so kurz wie möglich
gehalten werden, und dass unsererseits auf alle Anforderun-
gen flexibel und mit entsprechender Sorgfalt reagiert wird.
Ein wichtiges Ziel, das sich unsere Gesellschaft setzte, ist der
Umweltschutz. Daher sind wir ständig bemüht, den Energie-
aufwand unserer Produkte zu senken, was zur nachhaltigen
Entwicklung beiträgt. Bei unseren Produkten achten wir auch
auf gesundheitliche Unbedenklichkeit und senken daher kon-
tinuierlich den Lärmpegel.

Tests im eigenen Prüflabor
Im Jahr 2009 wurde unter Aufsicht der Zertifizierung-
sgesellschaft TÜV-SÜD Czech ein eigenes Messlabor in
Betrieb genommen, das nachfolgend als unabhängiges
Prüflabor akkreditiert wurde. Dank seiner hervorragenden
Ausstattung und seiner idealen Bedingungen macht sich
das Labor vor allem bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte
bezahlt. Die Nutzung des eigenen Prüflabors beschleunigt
den Zertifizierungsprozess bei der Produktentwicklung und
dadurch auch die Markteinführung der Produkte.
Zertifikate
Die Firma 2VV verfügt über ein Zertifikat im Rahmen des
Qualitätsmanagementsystems ISO 9001 : 2009. Jedes
Jahr findet ein Audit statt, bei dem unsere Anstrengungen
zur Schaffung von Qualitätswerten bescheinigt werden.
Das ISO-System ist Teil eines Gesamtqualitätssystems, das
bei 2VV als TQM (Total quality management) definiert ist.
Damit gewährleistet 2VV seinen Kunden Spitzenqualität
und exzellenten Service. Zu diesem Zweck werden
konsequent an allen Arbeitsplätzen interne Audits
durchgeführt und die Einhaltung des eingeführten Systems
kontrolliert.
Der geprüften Produkt-qualität ist auch zu verdanken, dass
2VV seinen Kunden standardmäßig eine auf sämtliche
Produkte eine Garantie von drei
Jahren anbieten kann.
Testing in the company's own laboratory
In 2009 under the supervision of TÜV-SÜD Czech an in-
house measuring laboratory was put into operation. This
laboratory was subsequently accredited as an independent
testing laboratory. Thanks to state of the art equipment and
ideal conditions the laboratory is primarily used for the
development of new products. Having access to an in-
house testing facility significantly speeds up the
certification process necessary during the development of
new products and reduces the time needed to bring
products to the market.
Certification
2VV is a holder of ISO 9001 : 2009 quality management
system certification. Every year an inspection audit takes
place confirming our efforts in creating quality values. The
ISO system is a part of the complete quality system defined
in 2VV as TQM (Total quality management), through which
the company brings its customers outstanding quality and
services. With respect to this, internal audits are rigorously
carried out at all workplaces and adherence to the
implemented system is monitored.
As a result of the confirmed product quality 2VV can give its
customers a 3 year warranty on all products as standard.
