3) Wash the unit as follows:
Attach the filter holder to the unit with the blind filter provided (Fig. 02;
pos. 21) and start up distribution several times.
Monthly
1) Submerge the filter holders and filters in boiling
water for a few minutes to dissolve coffee grease,
use a cloth or sponge to remove residue.
Do not use solvents, detergents or
abrasive sponges for washing and
cleaning. Clean the machine body with
a cloth dampened in water and/or
neutral detergents, carefully drying surfaces before
reconnecting the machine to the power supply. Use
water to clean the cup holder grill and drain tank.
Use water and neutral detergents to clean the tank
after removing it. When finished rinse thoroughly.
6.3 Safety thermostat -­‐ Manual rearming
Warning! The operationdescribed below is only relevant
to an installing technician who is authorised by the manufacturer.
While the machine is working, the boiler resistance
may overheat and, cutting off power, sets off the
safety thermostat that prevents any further damage
to the boiler. To restore normal operations, resolve
the malfunction that triggered the safety thermostat
and restore normal conditions by pressing the red
button (RESET) (Fig. 08).
