5.3 Preparing coffee
5.3.1) Wait for the achievement of ideal temperature for brewing coffee, reported by the
shutdown of the yellow light.
5.3.2) Put the ground coffee into the filter holder (fig.02, pos.16) with filter for 1 or 2 cups (
Fig. 02; pos.19-­‐20) using the measuring cup (Fig. 02; pos.18).
Press the ground coffee using the included tamper (Fig.02; pos.17)
5.3.3) Replace the filter holder in its housing (Fig.01;pos.2)
5.3.4) Put the cup under the coffee spout (Fig. 01; pos. 12)
5.3.5) Push the coffee brewing button ( Fig.01; pos 9) and push it back once the desired coffee
dose is reached.
Caution:
-­‐ Do not remove the filter holder filled with coffee
when the equipment is operating.
-­‐ Do not touch expressly the metal plating of the
filter holder; danger of burns.
5.4 Brewing Hot Water
Important: failure closing the tap after normal use can result in breaking the
electrical resistance for the manufacturer does not respond.
To make delivery of steam do the following operation
Some water leaking from the brewing group is normal during the following procedure.
5.4.1) Put a cup under the steam/hot water nozzle (Fig.01, pos.3)
5.4.2) Open the hot water/ steam tap (fig 01, pos 1) and push the coffee brewing button (Fig
01, pos 9)
5.4.3) Once reached the desired water quantity, torn OFF the hot water tap (Fig 01, pos 1)
and turn OFF the coffee brewing button (Fig 01, pos 9)
5.5 Brewing Steam
