Minimum Disk Space defines when you want to notify the
Operating System (O.S) that your recording storage device is running
out of disk space. You can enter any values you like (in MB) to this
box depending on your storage budget, safety reason(s), reserved for other application etc…
The value can range from 100MB to 1GB. Let’s say you entered 100MB into this box, the
DVR400 system is recording until it detects that you only have another 100MB available space
on that recording media. The DVR400 System will intelligently perform a
“ring – recording”.
