HEPACART® or DUSTBUGGY® Mobile Containment Cart 

The HEPACART® and DUSTBUGGY® family of products are class leading mobile containment carts that provide dust 
containment and environmental protection. The heavy-duty aluminum frame and retractable enclosure system in 
conjunction with an advanced HEPA filtration system contain contaminants such as dust, mold spores, and pollen.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 

 

WARNING! Electric shock hazard, rotating fan, and 
breathing hazard. Unit must be grounded. To reduce 
risk of electric shock do not expose to water or rain. 
Unplug unit prior to service or cleaning. 

 

Do not exceed maximum receptacle load as 
labeled. 

 

Do not use electrical outlet or power tools that 
are wet or have been exposed to water. 

 

Inspect the power cord prior to use. If cord or 
reel is damaged, do not use. Always grasp the 
plug (not the cord) to unplug. 

 

Only plug the power cord into a matching 
grounded outlet. Do Not remove third prong. 
Do not use with adapter. Do not use extension 
cord. 

 

Do not use power cord to maneuver the cart. 

Use the equipment in conjunction with on-site safety 
protocols and regulations. Always inspect work area for 
hazards and be aware of your surroundings. 

 

Confirm work site regulations before use 

 

Always use swivel locks when moving the unit 
with only one person. 

 

Notify bystanders when using unit in crowded 
areas.

Keep away from open flame appliances such as 
gas or propane water heaters, furnaces, etc. 
Pressure differences could blow out flame or 
backdraft combustion products. 

 

Do not operate unit or power tools inside of the 
unit in the presence of flammable liquids, 
gasses, or other flammable environments. 

 

Keep retractable enclosure away from open 
flame. 

Prior to use always inspect containment cart for 
damage. Inspect wheels, brakes, swivels, and casters. 
Stay alert and use caution, avoid unnecessary risks at all 
times. 

 

Do not use while under the influence of drugs, 
alcohol, or medication. 

 

Wear appropriate attire for work being 
performed in accordance with company and 
facility protocols. 

 

Do not wear loose clothing, jewelry, or other 
items while working inside of the mobile 
containment cart. 

 

Wear proper personal protection equipment as 
required. 

 

Always lock all (4) four casters before entering 
the cart. 

 

Ensure retractable enclosure is fully raised to 
the ceiling and locked before entering the cart. 

 

 

Do not stand on negative air machine assembly.
