Problems Connecting to a Remote Node or ISP
1. Check menu 24.1 to verify the IDSL status. If it is down then refer
to the section on the IDSL line problems.
2. If you check the error log in menu 24.3.1, this will usually give you
some logs regarding where goes wrong. If there is nothing in the log,
it may be an IP address configuration error.
