In the
Wireless Network Connection Properties
dialog box, click the
General
tab. Then,
set the IP address of the wireless NIC and the address of the DNS server. Alternatively,
you can obtain these addresses in DHCP mode.

In the
Wireless Network Connection Properties
dialog box, click the
Wireless Networks
tab. Then, select the
Use Windows to configure my wireless network settings
check
box and check whether the SSID of the required WLAN network exists in the
Preferred
networks
area, as shown in the following figure.
If not, click
Add
to add the SSID of the required WLAN network. Then, the
Association
tab is displayed, as shown in the following figure.
