Problem
Recommended Solution
I cannot make
a
call
.
Check firstly if the phone set connected to the
PHONE1 or PHONE2 interface
of
the H110
beeps normally. If yes, it means the phone set
is connected properly.
Enter the WEB
interface
of the H110. Click the
VOIP
button and check the
VOIP Status
filed
on the
General
page. Ensure that the phone
port is registered, that is, it is in service. If it is
not registered, please check the SIP or MGCP
configuration by referring to VOIP configuration
in Chapter 7.
If the
port
status is in service, it means the
connection is proper. Contact the service
provider if you still cannot make a call.
Configuration
made
at
Web
page is lost
after restart.
Make sure you click the
Submit
button for confirmation
after every modification.
After
completing corresponding
setting, you should click the
Save
button or enter the
Tools
page to click the
Save All
button to save it. Only
in this way, can your configured parameters take effect
after the H110 is powered on next time.
