Troubleshooting

Overview

This chapter contains a list of error messages that users may see if the unit is not operating 
properly.

If the errors you encounter are not listed below, call ZOLL Medical Corporation’s Technical 
Service Department for further assistance. (See the “Technical Service” section the Preface.)

330 Multifunction Aspirator Service Codes

This section describes service codes, provides a list of service codes, and their associated alarm 
description, and the Service Kit part number (or other resolution) for restoring proper aspirator 
operation.

About Service Codes

Service Codes are 4-digit numbers associated with an aspirator alarm. 

•

1### (indicates a High Priority Alarm)

•

2### (indicates a Medium Priority Alarm)

•

3### (indicates Low Priority Alarm)

The Alarm Message Center (AMC) appearing in the upper left-hand corner of the aspirator 
display screen shows the service code along with alarm information, as in the following 
example:
