Performing Maintenance
Tests
Overview
This chapter includes procedures for maintenance tests. It is necessary to perform maintenance
tests to ensure that the 330 Multifunction Aspirator functions properly. This chapter describes
the following maintenance tests:

Cosmetic and Hardware
•
Performance
•
Bleed Valve
Note:
Make copies of the checklist in Appendix A “ZOLL 330 Multifunction Aspirator
Maintenance Tests Checklist” to record results of the maintenance tests.
Testing Guidelines
Observe the following guidelines when performing maintenance tests.
•
Schedule an hour to conduct the entire maintenance test.
•
Perform the tests in the order presented.
•
Perform all the steps of each test procedure.
•
Complete all the steps of the procedure before evaluating the test results.
Before You Begin the Maintenance Tests
Before you begin testing, do the following:
•
Assemble the test setup using items contained in the 330 PM Test Kit.
•
Keep an extra, fully charged, 330 Multifunction Aspirator battery available.
