Adjust the seat back
Operating the brakes
As showing, press the seat adjustable button on both
side of the seat back, and moving forward or backward.
Then you could select the position of the seat back.
Apply braking when stopped, step on the rear braking
bord to lock both wheels, and kick it upward to unlock.

Operating the belt
1. As pictures shown, insert every plastic pins into the pin seat step by
step, and make sure all of them has been fixed firmly.
2. Ensure shoulder straps are clipped to central buckle, adjust
shoulder waist and crotch straps to fit firmly the harness straps
can be adjusted by moving each strap’s slider the buckle is
released by squeezing the buckle tougues together.
