TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION! Opening the housing of the device without a prior contact with a manufacturer’s service
voids the warranty.

The saddle or handlebar sway
Bolts and knobs of the saddle
column or handlebar column have
not been tightened.
Tighten the bolts and knob of the
saddle or handlebar column.
Noise during use
Incorrectly tightened elements.
Contact the manufacturer’s service.
Slight humming noise may be heard during operation due to the inertial
movement of the flywheel caused by the nature of the structure. It does not
affect the operation of the device. Any possible humming noises heard when
rotating the pedals backwards occur for technical reasons and have no
negative consequences.
