11.2.5 Referencing the motor encoder
INFORMATION

While in the

Module

operation mode, the product has a continuous travel range.

The travel range can be limited in degrees via the

IndraWorks Ds

software.

In the navigation pane, click

Motor, Brake,

Measurement Systems

Click

Motor encoder

►

Click

Motor Encoder Position reference

►

Enter the reference measurement in the

Reference measurement

field.

►

Disable the release for the drive control unit.

►

Click the

Set Absolute Position

button.

The product references itself to the entered

reference measurement.

►

Move the product in Easy Startup mode

after the reference position has been

adopted.
