6 Start-up
6.1 Prerequisites for commissioning
The safety instructions described in chapter 8 of the operating instructions R-TBA12_01 have
to be followed!
Information
This start-up assumes that the factory default setting on the monitoring contacts has not been
changed!
Requirements for error-free commissioning:
•
Mains line is connected
•
Motor is connected
•
Controller and monitoring inputs are connected
•
While the tuning function is executed, the parameter LCD & Password/USR_LEV=Basic is
con
fi
gured.
6.2 Switching on the ZAdyn4CA HY
When the mains voltage is applied, the ZAdyn4CA HY switches on after a self-test. The following
display appears:

6.3 Parameterisation of the ZAdyn4CA HY
The motor data must be stored in the ZAdyn4CA HY. To do so, enter the following parameters as per
motor name plate:
