Unpacking the Corn header

Delivery Scope / Delivery Condition
Corn header foldabler is delivered standing not on a transport
rack.
Every delivery is provided with a delivery note.
Remove the shrink foil and the fastened packing piece from the
attachment device!
Check the delivered row spacing.
Ensure for a stable and secure positioning of the
machine!

Removing the transport rack
Bring the parking supports (S) into extracted position (see dia-
gram).
Move the lifting equipment to the bottom side of the header.
Fasten suited rods and chains or belts to the corn header and
slightly lift the same up and move away the lifting equipment from
the header.
Turn the header by slowly lowering the same according to the tilt
angle. Always ensure that there is sufficient chain tension!
Use sufficiently strong lifting equipment!
Avoid the hazard area! Comply with the regulations
for lifting equipment!
Remove the screws and take off the transport rack.

Attachment of the divider points
The points of the dividers must be attached to the hinges with the
respectively provided screws.
At the exterior divider points, it is also necessary to hook in and
screw-connect the chain .
