EN

Operation  of  the

cyclope  is  based  on  the  physical

phenomenon of electromagnetic induction.

The

cyclope allows the majority of dental modelling

to  be  done  without  using  an  open  flame  Bunsen

burner.

This avoids problems associated with gas cylinders

and  open  flames  (smoke,  fire  risk)  and  ensures

respect of the following safety regulations.

The

cyclope offers the following advantages:

• better  air  quality  in  the  dental  laboratory,  no

oxygen is removed by combustion;

• safety and ease of use, the instrument is ready to

use  in  a  few  seconds.  The  tool  heater  does  not

require  a  gas  installation  and  can  be  located  in

the most convenient position for the operator;

• greater energy efficiency thanks to the presence

of sensors which activate heating only, when the

spatula is inside the chamber;

• higher quality objects as the induction technique

prevents  soot  particles  from  being  deposited

on  the  instrument  during  heating,  leading  to

contamination of the modelling wax.
