Light:

Defrosting:

blow-in circling around the dish. It is a delicate way to defrost dishes such

Thermaflow:
ring around the fan productes hot air which is
distributed throughout the oven providing fixed temperature. It
is an effective and economical method, especially efficient for
cooking dishes on several levels simultaneously.
Grill + airflow:
Heat is distributed through the grill element to directly
touch the surface of a dish, and at the same time the hot air is distributed
throughout the oven. This method saves up 30-40% of energy, making
the dishes evenly crispy. Perfect for spit-roasted-like effect for meat and
poultry.
Full grill:
the infrared element and the upper heater work simultaneously
providing grilling for the entire surface together with precise control of
temperature.
Infrared grill:
only the inner element of the grill is turned on and off to keep
a steady temperature. Perfect for small amounts of food or middle surface
of a dish.
Traditional cooking:
The upper and lower heater work at the same time
providing a traditional cooking technique. The natural conduction makes
the hot air travel to the center of the oven.
Bottom heating:
the lower heater installed at the bottom of the oven
provides food with more concentrated heat starting at its bottom. Ideal for
baking a crispy pizza base.

Installation
Place the oven in a spot right for it in the kitchen cupboards – under the table top or in a vertical
unit. Secure the oven in the proper position with bolts screwed through the two fastening
holes in the casing. To find the fastening holes open the oven door and look inside. For proper
airing, during the installation process follow the measurements and distances given below.
The device should be installed by a qualified technician. The producer does not bear any
responsibility for any accidents or damages caused by improper installation.
ATTENTION: The producer bears no responsibility for damages caused by faulty
installation, as well as improper or incorrect use.
ATTENTION: In order for the oven to work correctly, a specific casing is needed.
The unit panels must be made out of heat-resistant materials. Make sure that the
glue used in the units from plywood will withstand 120°C. Plastics or glues that
will not withstand such temperatures will melt and may deform the unit. According
to the binding safety standards, a built-in device must have all electrical elements
insulated. All screens must be fastened so that they cannot be removed without
special tools.
Remove the back of the unit and make the holes shown on installation figures
to provide the area around the oven with an adequate airflow. At the back of the
device you will find a connecting cable. Before connecting it to the power supply,
check if the voltage is consistent with the value given on the rating plate of the
product.
