Unplug the appliance.
●
Disassemble the appliance. Proceed as described above in
section “Preparing for operation (disassembling)” (
Fig. B
).
Prevent overfilling the pulp container. Excess
pulp can spill out while leaning the container
on disassembly.
Cleaning and maintenance
●
If water or juice leaks into the inside of the motor unit,
abort operation immediately and have the appliance
checked at the service centre.
●
Wash the appliance thoroughly after every use to prevent
adhesion of juice and pulp to the walls.
●
Wipe the housing with a damp cloth with a few drops of
washing liquid.
●
Wash the following elements in warm soapy water:
pulp container, juice bowl, lid, pusher and jug with froth
separator. You can also wash them in a dishwasher at
max. 60°C.
●
Use the brush

to remove dirt from crevices and
corners of the appliance. After the motor has stopped
completely, disassemble the appliance and wash all of
its parts (see
Fig. B
). Remove the pulp from the pulp
container. Wash the strainer only with the brush supplied
with your appliance

. Do not try to use any metal
brushes for washing the strainer!
●
Some parts of the appliance may change colour after
long-term use. It is not a defect.
●
Orange stains from carrot juice can be removed
by cleaning the surface with a cloth immersed in
cooking oil.
●
Dry all parts thoroughly after washing.
●
Reassemble the appliance according to instructions
provided above (
Fig. C
).
●
Store the power cord inside the base of the drive unit.
Troubleshooting
My juice extractor does not work:
●
Plug another household appliance into the same wall
socket to find out if it works or not.
●
Have the juice extractor checked at the service centre.
The appliance extracts little juice or vibrates:
●
Switch off the appliance, remove pulp residue from the
strainer filtration net. Empty the pulp container if full.
●
Replace the strainer if broken.
Preparing healthy and delicious juice
●
Fruit and vegetables for juice extraction process should
be fresh and well washed. Vegetables should be cleaned
of sand and soil under running water and peeled.

If you fail to assemble any of the parts (e.g. the
juice bowl, lid, pulp container or locking
clamps) or do it improperly, a safety device will
prevent the switch-on of the appliance.
Starting and operating the juice
extractor

Make sure that the power on/off button is set to
“0”

Unwind a sufficient length of the cord. The remaining
cord can be stored inside the drive housing. Slip the
remaining cord through an opening located at the side
of the appliance.

speed level 1 (position I – low rotation speed for soft fruit
and vegetables such as raspberries, tomatoes, cucumbers,
melons, etc.) or level 2 (position II – high speed rotation for

(examples) on the recommended speed level for different
fruit and vegetables.

Transfer the extracted juice from the container into
glasses, cups, etc.

The jug

to stop the dense
juice fractions and the froth when the juice is distributed
into other receptacles.
Feel encouraged to drink the juices as they are,
without removing the naturally occurring pulp
and froth. It is not recommended to remove the
froth separator from the jug.t
